Professional reviews and quotes
The professional sees the structured request, service area and your VeroTask rating, then decides whether to decline or send a price. Your exact address and contact details remain private.
Step 4
Accept the quote and pay the VeroTask fee
If you accept the professional's price, Stripe securely charges only the VeroTask booking fee. After payment, the exact service address is released to the professional.
Step 5
Verify the work
Depending on the service, VeroTask can record check-in, service PIN, photos, checklist, timestamps and check-out.
Step 6
Confirm or report a problem
After the professional marks the job complete, the customer has the protection window to confirm or dispute it.
Step 7
Pay the professional directly and rate
The service price is paid directly to the professional under the booking arrangement. After a real completed booking, both sides can rate each other.
